Azerpost applies distance learning system

19 electronic courses are developed for training of the staff of Azerpost.

Training is conducted with the CLIX learning system provided by SINAM. Preparation and improvement of employees of the post offices of Baku is conducted by means of the electronic learning system.

19 courses are developed for training of the staff of Azerpost. Remote courses include whole package of knowledge, which is necessary for serving the population in the post offices. Operators gain knowledge on various financial operations, abilities to communicate with clients, business ethics, etc. Besides, some courses are developed for use of Microsoft office programs.

Within the implemented model, all employees can take courses remotely from their workplaces at any convenient time. Tests are also conducted online, but under control of the head office.

Electronic courses have been passed by 2.5 thousand employees of Azerpost at present. Soon employees of the regional offices of Azerpost will also improve skills by means of the mentioned electronic learning system.
