Presentation ceremony was held for “Open Government Information” portal – www.data.gov.az developed by the Ministry of Communication and High Technologies.

Deputy Minister of Communication and High Technologies Elmir Velizadeh made speech at the ceremony devoted to the theme “E-government – open government, open information, open services” about achievements of 2014.

The portal will be improved regularly in accordance with users’ reviews and “Callback” and “E-gov bank of reviews” sectors of the Electronic Government portal will be used with this purpose.

Officials of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection and State Customs Committee and representatives of different private companies also made speeches at the ceremony. Representatives spoke about works carried out by their organizations for development of E-government.

The contest on open information was declared at the end of the ceremony. You can get additional information about the contest by visiting the Electronic Government portal and the site www.data.e-gov.az.

Passwords were given to the participants of the ceremony for entering the Electronic Government portal.
